Yeah I've seen this before. You're gonna have to start the shop on fire and the fire will eventually melt the lift enough that you can get the cart down
It was more of a joke. They had to get it up and then back down to get it on a lock.
I think this thing isn't actually on locks at all since it hasn't gone down an inch or two from the ceiling. Unless they bent the canopy and it sprung back up.
There's a ratcheting mechanism inside the lift to keep the car from lowering when the lift is off. Sometimes you have to go up a little bit to push the release lever but clearly there's no going up anymore.
Deflate tires
We ain't got time for that. Cut more of the ceiling!
Might as well raise the roof!
Already well braced so it won’t fall, with an area over the back axle to reach everything
Bingo

"Customer Service can't melt steel beams!!!"
Neither will jet fuel.
Customer service also won't cause a lift several blocks away to just collapse in on itself from a "small fire on the roof"
Just gotta pull the fuck out of the safety lever
pry bar lmao
Can't get it off the locks? Gonna remove the top of the golf cart?

That's fair, it went right over my head
Canopies do that.
Oh god!! Its terrible this comment is buried!!!
Is the lift stuck because the car hit the ceiling and now pushes down on it too much? Honest question.

Unplug it, wait 10 seconds, plug it back in
Shoulda got a bigger lift
