He was a real estate executive. Trump will pardon him probably.

State charge, legally he can't pardon him. Who knows what would actually happen in this climate.

He is already trying to pardon an election denier convicted of state charges in Colorado.

But you don't understand, he really needed to dispose of the body!

They've never heard of library computers

Anecdotal, but at my library, you need a card (that you register for) to use the Internet.

And I'm pretty sure my library has cameras, as well.

“…Walshe pleaded guilty to dismembering her body and misleading police, but maintained his innocence on all of the other charges.” . So he admits to dismembering and disposing of his wife as well as lying to police but denies he killed her? I’m curious to know what crazy explanation he used to justify that.

Don’t overthink it, his defense team probably knew which evidence against him was bulletproof (video of him at Home Depot, etc.) but no direct physical evidence of the murder. It was a shot in the dark and they probably weren’t counting on it working.

Yeah. It makes me think that they got into an argument that turned physical and he killed her. The guy isn't stupid, but this was a terribly planned murder. Because how dumb do you have to be to go to the store and buy all that stuff all at once?
