I miss when people felt somewhat shocked by cursing in public and when the idea of buying a cheap tshirt with the word "fuck" on it was at least a little embarrassing to virtually everyone.
It still is. Iām glad people donāt give a shit about cursing in public anymore though. That said, Iām also glad people are mostly embarrassed to wear T shirts with naughty language. As an adult, you should be able to read your audience and determine if cursing is appropriate in public, and wearing a T-shirt makes it visible to everyone above a basic reading level (what is that these days, like 12-13?).
Who is this shirt even talking to? Like a minor movie character who shit talks the military but is really a plot device to show what a bad ass the main character is when he kicks that plot device's ass?

They claim they don't care what anyone thinks of them yet feel the need to announce it to others because they are in fact extremely insecure and worried about what other people think of them which in most cases is not at all.
The ābitsā of the Es are the serifs I mentioned. It is common with free stencil fonts online to have a serif version and sans-serif, and common to see varying weights and condensed variations in a font family.
The āexcusesā is in lowercase, and apologies is in all-caps.
The geometry of the letterforms is the giveaway, excluding just the serif itās easiest to tell at a glance with the R, but the O shows the same bevel on all corners and is only slightly condensed (the typeface is made a bit narrower with the same X-height) from the serif version.
Itās all the same font.
