Ugh. I can't. You came here when you were so young but your parents and relatives probably had an accent, I don't think you picked much of their accents. I would think that perhaps being abroad for college influenced your accent a little bit. Let me guess, you were born in the UK?
I couldn't make our what region you are from. I wasn't thinking east coast or Southern. I thought maybe even Canadian. You then said scoop and that made me think international. . I then read the comments and saw someone else flagged scoop also so. It wasn't just me.
Baltimore? Philly? Something about how you say spoon and scoop.
Grew up in california but lived in ireland for 5 years for college and only just recently moved out - could that be why it sounds that way?
I was born somewhere else, though. Can you tell where?

And let's not forget you have a cold so that throws it off a lil.
Well clearly my ear is off, so this is literally a wild guess- Poland?

Yeah for sure. International would be accurate, listening back on it I can see what you mean
It's a very neutral accent. I feel like I'm hearing both Canadian and USA, but it just strikes me as overall more USA.
