Do you know any private onsen/sento or similar in Tokyo?
On our trip with my girlfriend we booked some Hotels with onsen or sento, but unfortunately, none of these have private ones. There's no problem for us of using those alone, but it would be nice if we could enjoy a bath at least once together.

You need to look for ryokans. A normal hotel in a big city such as tokyo won't be able to offer private onsen unless you're probably very rich.
Search for a ryokan in a ryokan town, they usually have private baths (either on suite or individually bookable while there).
Thanks :) Maybe i wasn't too clear with my question. We already booked all hotels for our travel. It's more about going somewhere for about 1-2 hours after exploring Tokyo or something like that to relax.
