The programme will involve, among many other things, the synthesis of a virus which causes organ failure and death within a week, that selectively targets cisgendered heterosexual white males. Once we have synthesized this virus in extremely isolated conditions in accordance with standard biohazard procedures, we will begin researching it to see whether it can be cured.
