136 BC. Amanibakhi I of Meroƫ reconquers Egypt and proclaims the rebirth of the 32nd Dynasty. He refounds the Egyptian state and declares himself Pharaoh, alongside his consort Rinu, of Persian origin. The capital is transferred from Meroƫ to Menfe, the ancient city known under the Ptolemaic dynasty as Memphis, restoring it as the political and ceremonial heart of Egypt.

"Reconquest" is a bit of a stretch since by 136 BC it's been over 600 years since the Kushites first took Egypt. Amanibakhi is basically just another foreign conqueror, though obviously the Kushites are closer to the native Egyptians than the Greeks.
