They’re a prison gang. And prison gangs are inherently racial. So the peckerwoods are about as white supremacist as the Mexican mafia is mestizo supremacist.
It’s more of a west coast phenomenon than an east coast one also, interestingly enough. If you ended up in one of these prisons you wouldn’t be allowed to hang out with people not of your race. Nobody would allow it on any side. Even if you aren’t in the gang, you’re only allowed to hang out with people of your race, except for occasional interactions. It’s crazzzzy self segregated.
And yes the white and Hispanic prison gangs generally get along better. But even still there’s very little interaction between any of them. If there is, it’s cause there’s a problem, or ones starting.
