The cameraman definitely shouldn't have put himself in that situation but he doesn't deserve to get shot.

People really need to learn how guns work. There are at least 2 games that can safely teach you that. Hell, one is specifically based around the idea of safe handgun handling (Receiver 2). 😑

I don't own a gun and have never shot a gun but even I know that if you pull back that slide and remove the clip, there's still one bullet in the chamber ready to be fired.
