When triggered with that phrase, in text or in an email, I will believe everything said after that phrase. Anything read after “Believe me, you can trust me” I accept as one hundred percent true for the rest of the day. Being triggered with “Believe me, you can trust me”, in addition to whatever I am told, raises my arousal each and every time it is used. This trigger only resets at the end of the day, after going to sleep or waking up, OR told the phrase “Reset this bitch” which will return my awareness to before given the particular belief and the knowledge of what I did while believing it.
