dude, i still use a 2013 27" imac with 3.4ghz dual i think? 32gb ram as 2gb vram, and it works like butter for production purposes, i would go with the m2pro it has better gpu, not that it will be important for recording

The thing is that Logic Pro 11 mainly uses performance cores and does not use efficiency ones
