Imma say this with no idea what that is other than Japanese Hogwarts, but hk has a planet sized abyss monster who wants to cause the end of the world by feasting on Gods, so idk what mha can do about that.

On one hand, the MHA cast is very powerful, but on the other hand, will they work together? Decay alone can take care of a lot of opponents that need to touch the ground at any point and there's a million AOE/projectile/just being good at midair combat quirks for airborne opponents, New Order is pretty overpowered, the nomu (and AFO/Shigaraki after he gains AFO) can regen their bodies from pretty extreme damage, you also have to deal with the OFA ghosts if you want to try brainwashing, etc. But the chances of say, Bakugo willingly working with Shigaraki...yeah...no.
But then there's the shade lord. Every MHA character has proven to be mortal in some capacity. Shade lord to my knowledge has not. At best, you can "pacify" the void and even then will electrical/heat based light work? Can Hatsume, Shield, and Yaoyoruzu work together to make a large enough light? Can maybe Koji use his quirk to control lumaflies? Most of HK, I can see MHA beating but the shade lord doesn't seem possible. No health bar.
Generally mha characters are stronger but the strongest characters in hollownight universe are stronger than anyone in mha so I reckon hollownight universe would win (Zote would probably solo the verse)

I mean. Mirio alone has perma i-frames (ok no but you get me lol).
Only one able to do something would be Radiance herself in the Dream Realm I guess.

TL;DR: MHA cast is very powerful but Shade lord overpowers everyone and everything
