• They'd have been removed eventually anyways, whites would keep moving into their territory, and when they resisted, the militias or the actual army would move in to defend the whites, and they'd be pushed further down the road one piece at a time

  • Violence. The state governments wanted the land. The IRA was the Federal government’s attempt at avoiding a bloodbath. If the IRA fails to pass violence erupts and more Native Americans die. The Federal government wasn’t going to send in the army to fight the state militias. 

  • The Cherokee and the White settlers would've went to war and hundreds would've died.

  • Davy Crockett continues his career in Washington instead of heading to Texas. Not sure if it has any effect on the Alamo though
