When I was kid we always stay quite in the boat till we caught fish. I thought originally we would actually scare off the fish, then I thought oh they just didn't want to listen to the kids, now I think it's just frustrating at first when you're not catching or not sure if you are and the talking is just annoying until you know it's not a wasted trip. I'm still not sure I mostly go out for the boat ride now.
why was talking not allowed? were they afraid it would scare or disturb the ginseng?
