If its anything like last year, no. Even at the end of night 2 when I went to get my stuff from my lockers the security wouldnt let them past because they werent GA+/VIP. You will have to carry everything to put in them yourself
At the beginning of the night and during the show at least, I don't remember anyone really checking bands if they enter via GA and come down the escalators so it may be possible but your mileage may vary.
There are a few water fountains. I believe they’re on the right side near the bathrooms. The water stations are for hydro packs and water bottles. You could also buy a water inside and refill throughout the night.
It's actually a great spot if it's the same as last year, which it looks to be by this map. Not super crowded either so it works out nicely having the nearby bathrooms that aren't packed.
So essentially the same as last year with the exception of GA lockers being moved behind Merch and having Kandies World fill that spot?
