Unfortunately, at a glance, it did look like Gen-AI was partially at play with the unintelligible writing on the sign, but it was obviously a mistake as the user themselves have proved otherwise.
And im sorry for them and hope they get the justice for being placed there by accident/incompetence but i cant feel compassion for over 90% of people there considering what they did to my country
It's probably the result of several steps of rescaling and filtering the image, plus a very possible typo on my part (I don't actually speak English, so I probably didn't notice it until it was too late).

Edit 2: I’ll give OP the benefit of the doubt due to their explanation about using upscaling and not fully generating the image with AI but I don’t think my initial assumption was technically ‘wrong’.

The truth enforcers aren’t even a real division. The warbonds are essentially just cosplay for Helldivers. Although they probably do exist, they’re not in the form that the warbond presents.

Correct me if I’m wrong but don’t the Truth Enforcers mainly exist to keep other Helldivers in line? Helldivers usually don’t deal with dissidents
