Most likely a temp/time recommended for salmon. Don’t want to overcook that, I’m willing to bet if we stick to that, we’ll be fine with the rest.
Let’s say… 350 Fahrenheit for around 20-25 minutes? Some people cook around 375 or 400, but just offering my preference.
maybe my EU oven is different but (room temperature) salmon rarely goes over 12 minutes on 200 Celsius otherwise it becomes dry. I’d do a little less garlic, but otherwise it actually looks delish.
I have been doing this minus the salmon for a while. My oven is a bit shit so yours might be done quicker. But I have been doing 30-40 minutes on 200 celsius.
Basically I put it in with the oven preheated to 200 and wait for the feta and tomatoes to brown at the top. Personally I like putting a nice layer of paprika powder (and optionally chili powder) on the feta before putting it in the oven. You can also just throw in 2 whole peeled gloves of garlic in instead of a whole bulb cut in half. I recommend fishing them out before mixing and adding the pasta.
Enjoy, this has been a staple super easy comfort dish for me for about a year now!
If you want garlic done properly that way, it needs at least 30min roasting, at which point the salmon is way overcooked. So to anybody interested in trying this, just add the salmon 10 or even 15 min later
You can also do this without the garlic and salmon but more tomatoes. Dont even need to slice the tomatoes too. Just put it in the oven until the tomatoes skin breaks and then mix it all before adding your pasta. Its so easy and delicious I've made it multiple times.

Can't wait to microwave this at work.
Your coworker already ate it first.
I like to walk in the lunchroom and loudly say "Damn! Smells like a whore house in here!"
Always helps to shame the offending perps.
Nah I'd just come back with more
Deviled eggs and stuffed cabbage, yum.
Im a professional crop duster
Calm down Satan.
A cooking style where you mix ingredients and then eat them? So amazing
Right up there with water based cooking. What will tiktok cooks think of next?
Holy fuck. I’m using this the next time I’m soupin’ at home.
the concept of this type of dishes is that they already look like what they're going to come out as
Anyone know the temp and time? So sick of videos with no specifics

Thanks! 😊
I usually do 400 for like 15 min. And then check the temp of the salmon

Pushing about 400 F, there. And I don’t really have it room temp, definitely fridge-temp personally

Please eat it within a day, because after 1-2 days in the fridge it becomes a fish oatmeal and a horrible smell
Just microwave it to intensify the smell.

Is.. that a cream cheese block?
That‘s Feta
Ah thank you!
I also thought it was cream cheese and going to be a dip until they added the pasta
It's beautiful with boursin cheese.
Too much feta and oil. Maybe the mashed fish wouldnt bother me as much if it werent swimming.
Like a can of tuna done up with way too much mayo.
Yeah that's sooo much cheese for a single meal
Perfect - all the mushiness of a can of tuna for the price of a salmon fillet
Mmmmm!!!

Salmon is fine just not in pasta.
Nah lemon salmon pasta is fire.
And not mashed up like baby food.
That looks very good
Why not blend it first then microwave it
The disrespect to that salmon
Is the salmon cooked?
Anyone know the song name?
Remove the salmon, then you're good. Can't even imagine the salmon fits in there taste wise.
Ok... I'm not gonna lie I'm interested

Which song is in the background
Thats a lot of garlic though
Looks like vomit!
Delicious, my partner makes a version of this with tagliatelle. One of my favourite meals.
Not a chef here, so I had to look that up, sounds interesting, what’s the version they make? I’m hungry!
i like the idea. i like the individual ingredients. but seeing it all smooshed... did not like that. dunno. reminds me of prison.
😅
This would have been perfectly fine if they just cooked the salmon separately
What a waste of some nice looking ingredients.
I agree. This had potential but got turned into vomit instead
