Okay so, we gotta blame the clankers/ai as valve most likely wants to launch hl3 with the steam machine but can't do it yet as with a ram shortage they're not sure on how to price the steam machine because of it and they don't wanna say anything until the ram shortage is no longer a issue so they can announce hl3 along with the price announcement and specific release date, and it'd all add up
