I had better results with the oral, but I had to stop taking it because of the side effects (headache, dizziness, bruising).
Not the same user but I did try reducing the dose and it still messed me up badly. Stopped about a month ago and it's still hitting me.
Yeah, so you could try oral injections, but for me that's really a last resort. Have you tried tretinoin with minoxidil? And microneedling?
Well, if it's been long enough, you can say you've tried everything 😢 Go oral minoxidil, good luck bro
Oral is so much better and above all incredibly easy. Like you switch from a whole process to taking a pill. I also find you get nice eye lashes in oral min. I'm on 10, upped the dose from 5 a month ago. And depending on where you are and your prescription, your insurance might cover it. I don't pay a thing for mine

How long have you been using the topical version?
A year. Results are okayish at best.

Didn't you try reducing the dose?
I started with 1 mg and then went down to 0.5 mg. Even so, I had to stop.

No finasteride? That might be the problem too. Oral medication, for me, remains a last resort.
I'm on 1mg daily fin as well.

Yes, I mix a small amount of tretinoin cream in my minoxidil. Microneedling once a week as well.
