Had a coil on order since day after Thanksgiving, which was on backorder, and was not expected to come in until Jan. 09.

Received notice that it arrived Jan. 07, scheduled install with the customer for Jan 08., and morning of the tech was dispatched to pickup the coil on their way to the customer. Tech gets there and they give him a story of how they "mistakenly" sold that exact same coil to another HVAC company that same morning...

JS checked inventory and had showed another in stock, and promised it would be shipped overnight and received before the close of business the next day...and then it didn't arrive....

Then JS promised up and down that it would arrive on the Noon delivery truck on Monday...and it didn't arrive...

I speak to the manager and he gives me the line, "Well, we placed the orders back to our main warehouse, but we don't know what's on the delivery truck until it gets here and we inventory the shipment." Seriously dude? Amazon can tell me when my package is three stops away, and send me a picture of the damn delivery driver's foot next to my package, but you can't tell me if a part was placed on a truck for an store-to-store delivery?

Anyone else have ridiculous stories with these guys??
