Has the timer just completely stopped refreshing? Or did you somehow manage to use 3000 energy in one day? Either way, if it’s a glitch, you should probably email support :) They might be able to help
Contact support with your screenshot and tell them that your special daily planner "malfunctioned". (I'm SURE that you spent at least 200 energy per day, RIGHT? That's something you should also mention. Then ask for help and compensation - especially if you still need a guaranteed inkwell or two.
The special energy daily planner was bugged for other players too and it should be a known problem for every member of JC's support staff. The time for the energy planner has actually run out and currently there isn't a new one (if they'll even bring it back?)
I have the exact same problem, so frustrating! I wrote support about this and they gave me 40 gems for the daily reward planner as compensation, but totally ignored my question about the diary planner. Both are stuck at day 1, have expired now and are not refreshing. Very annoying and I really wonder when this issue will be solved. Keep me posted and good luck!
You needed to spend 200 every day 7 days in a row, not 3565 in a single one (also, how?)
I believe they are saying they did spend 200 per day, but the stamp card never moved past Day 1 and just kept counting the energy for that day.

if your timer hasn't restarted you should email support, however so much energy consumed in two days is impressive
its actually more than 2 days, the day doesnt progress
