MG unicorn is a pretty kit but has flaws limited articulation especially on the knees and limited abs crunch, Also the transformation is kinda hassle to do especially when painted but despite of the flaws it's a gorgeous model.
I only build the MG unicorn and MG banshee but from what I've seen and heard the RG unicorns is better kits than the MG unicorns although beware they have tight joints especially on the shoulders and be careful on the building process since it's 1/144 scale the pieces are tiny.

yeah mine had really tight joints as well and transforming it was a pain. I've wondered if the mgex was any better
