Not saying whatever company they plugged won't, but estate planning is not something to play with.
It's a lot like taxes, most W-2 Employees can get away with a free online tax site, you literally just punch in your W-2 verbatim and that's all that matters.
For some people their "estate" is so simple it's literally just "X gets everything, cremate me, later bitches". You could probably get away with just an online service for that.
