OMG my Sonic is also an absolute unit! He is an orange boy though. Does yours have a normal voice? Mine has the squeakiest high pitch meow, so for a long time i always assumed it was his little (in size) sister.
Maβam thatβs a full man right there! Sonic has the most squishy and squeezable face Iβve seenβ€οΈβ€οΈ lots of love to your huge pussy and adorable puppy
Sonic is between 14 & 15 now! Heβs still junior to my 18-year-old void girl Alexandra McQueen though and she makes sure he knows it ππ€ Sheβs a third of his size, but full of old lady rage π€¬π€¬π€¬π
Omgggg π₯Ίπ good boy cats like that are always the best. There's a grey cat that cuts through our yard on his way back to his humans' house and he always lets me hold him before he gets home
Sonic is awesome! I love his kitty socks. And I bet the white fur on his belly is even softer than the rest of him! And the rest of him already looks soft lol
That pic of him with Danny Dimes is one of the best pics ever. I would get it framed!! So cool.
Sonic is like a furry Squishmallow π₯°π₯° He loves to cuddle & snuggle & being carried like a human baby. I love watching him when I have foster puppies & kittens. Heβs an old guy now - about 14 - but hasnβt lost a step
So awesome. I am a huge fan of all your work with Fen Chicken Fosters and I always follow all the awesome pitties and kitties action you share with all of us. You are one of my favorite posters and I love seeing all the big ol pitties cuddling up with sweet little kitties all the time!
Itβs always so captivating to me seeing such a big and physical capable creature like a pittie show so much love and tenderness to such a vulnerable little creature as a kitten.
It gives me that same feeling of captivation I felt as a little boy the very first time I met a pittie. I had been misled to believe that they were terrifying beasts, and a neighborhood sign that said βpuppies for saleβ led us to this house.
Right when we walked up, this incredible dog came out to greet me. He was giant, the ultimate physical specimen and βscaryβ looking dog. My parents quickly realized the puppies we came to peruse were actually the dreaded pitbull puppies, but it was already too late. I was so enamored with how this incredibly capable creature was so immediately accepting of me, and was so eager to play with me but yet so gentle and cognizant of how much more powerful he was than me. I forgot all about the puppies and played with him for a good while.
But when I went inside and saw momma, who was equally as badass as her mate, curled up around her fresh puppies, I was so shielded by my unfair biases I thought to myself βok maybe the dad is just an outlier or I caught him on a good day. Surely prying this vicious momma bear away from her puppies will be a Herculean task that will require force and a fight to the death!β
But of course that wasnβt the case. It was the exact opposite. Momma bear couldnβt wait to share her puppies with me, and in fact, it was like she knew exactly which puppy would be the best loyal companion and guardian to steward me through my childhood.
Fen and Freyja remind me of her in the pictures with kittens, itβs like they are so excited to share their kitten friends with the world!
My father wasnβt the best, but throughout the whole puppy process he was adamant that I be allowed to pick my own puppy. Even after I had visited puppies my parents wanted, but not chosen to take them home. Even he knew how unfair and hypocritical it would be to change his stance on that now, and how impossible it would now become to convince me that his negative view about these particular dogs was warranted. And it turned out to be the best thing he ever did for me!
That initial feeling of captivation contrasted so starkly with my false preconceived notions so much that day, that is sparked a fascination that quickly became a life long passion. I train dogs now as an adult and I talk to all who will listen about the wholly unique form of companionship and love that the traditional pit breeds have to offer when responsibly raised and loved on. Particularly for young families.
I know this got kind of long winded, but I say all this to say that I get that very same feeling I had as a boy, every single time I open my phone and see Freyja French Fry, Fen Chicken, or any of the other pitties you share with us curled up with Ivar or a foster kitten π₯Ή
And I really appreciate it. You are doing awesome work and should be very proud. I can only imagine how rewarding it must feel.
Lastly, Iβve seen more pictures of pitties curled up with kitties than most people. This is the first time Iβve seen one where I get that same feeling of captivation totally reversed, where I am amazed at how gentle the massive and physically capable cat is with the teeny cute little pittie! ππ I hope you and Sonic have many more years of love and happiness to share together.
Thank you! This was amazing to read!! I honestly thought I was just a baseline unhappy person until I got Fen Chicken. It was like in the movie βThe Wizard of Ozβ when it goes from black-and-white into technicolor π₯°π₯° He changed everything about my life and my world and every single change was for the better. Watching all the rescue animals play together feeling safe, confident, full, and loved is a feeling I canβt even put into words!
What? A beautiful 14-year-old rescue cat that united an entire neighborhood to love & care for him?!? Sonic has been visiting as a colony cat for over a decade, has full veterinary care, is neutered, and is adored by a whole community. You have a skewed definition of sad π€·πΌββοΈ
Well, it is sad, but it is not necessarily your fault. If your cat receives veterinary care, you likely have already heard about the horrible impact of obesity on their health. That said, I'm not going to judge you for it, because it's possible that you already have him on a diet, and that it was somebody else's abuse that led to him being obese.
He does look happy. Now he just has to get healthy, too.
Heβs a colony cat that has been taken care of by the neighborhood for over 11 years now. He has been the same size & weight for well over a decade and his vet says he is perfectly healthy. He is just REALLY BIG π€·πΌββοΈ At almost 15, he gets around like a cat half his age and he has passed every vet check and blood test with flying colors for a decade, including 2 surgeries that the neighborhood came together to pay for. Heβs happy, healthy, and adored by an entire community that loves him
god that's a huggable looking cat.
He is infinitely cuddly ππ
oh HELL yes, look that glorious chonk
He has the very best personality too π₯°
Those cheeks!
And he will let you pet them and squeeze them all day π₯°π₯°
His face is bigger than your face!
Heβs the biggest big baby π
Damn, he has a head bigger than yours
Right?!? Heβs been 20+ pounds for over a decade π€·πΌββοΈπ€¦πΌββοΈ
Big Sexy coming through!
His neutering was a total public service ππππ
Oh my lord itβs a mountain lion
Iβd cuddle one of those if I could catch it π
He's a beautiful, big Boi!! And yep, he definitely deserves to be here!!
He is the original Gentle Giant!!
Is he neutered? those cheeks look CHONKY
He is neutered! His testicles were offensively large πππ
r/Troublepuffs needs proof
Ugh youβre so lucky he kept the cheeks π©
And he loves them petted π₯°
My (neutered prior to cheekies) cat loves them too π₯° Makes the third eyelid deloy π

I ADORE big olβ tomcat cheeks! Heβs a beauty!! πββ¬
Thank you! He is the absolute sweetest guy π
OMG my Sonic is also an absolute unit! He is an orange boy though. Does yours have a normal voice? Mine has the squeakiest high pitch meow, so for a long time i always assumed it was his little (in size) sister.
My Sonic sounds like he looks like he would π Lots of deep bass purrs and a few quick mews
Our sonic is gray and white. She is a small loaf pan shape. Like a banana bread loaf.
I adore cat loaves π₯ππ₯
I absolutely love him.
He will just lay in my arms and cuddle all day π₯°π₯° Nothing better than 20+ pounds of purr motor on a bad day!
Maβam thatβs a full man right there! Sonic has the most squishy and squeezable face Iβve seenβ€οΈβ€οΈ lots of love to your huge pussy and adorable puppy
Thank you! He sure the hell snores like a full grown man ππ He is the most lovable chunk ever!!
I like the one lil toe with color among the white toesies
He is the best boy!!
Does he pay rent?
He is a full DECADE behind in payments π€¦πΌββοΈ Iβm a pushover of a landlord π€·πΌββοΈπ
Right now he's living the life of luxury with no payments for anything ππ I honestly thought he was like 3.
Sonic is between 14 & 15 now! Heβs still junior to my 18-year-old void girl Alexandra McQueen though and she makes sure he knows it ππ€ Sheβs a third of his size, but full of old lady rage π€¬π€¬π€¬π
He's not going to zoom through any rings I can tell you that. He's so cute
Heβd end up with a fabulous collection of necklaces trying to fit through those rings πππ
Sonic the cat = 1 laundry basket length, now this is an interesting unit of measurement. :)
I am going to use it from now on ππ
Jesus F-ing Christ! Dude is huge! Why even have a gym membership when a few reps with this Bohemeth would make your arms sore for a week!
He does look super cuddly. π€ͺ
He will cuddle as long as you let him and loves to be cradled like a baby π Heβs a big lump of snuggly love!
Love dat meaty boy
He is literally adored by the entire neighborhood π₯°
Omgggg π₯Ίπ good boy cats like that are always the best. There's a grey cat that cuts through our yard on his way back to his humans' house and he always lets me hold him before he gets home
You must be a good cat mama
Bet he only goes fast when itβs feeding time
Thatβs about the only time he can be bothered to move at all ππ
Chonky Unit!!! π₯°
The biggest unit I'm likely to see today! π
The biggest Iβve seen EVER ππ
I adore his big round head and cheeks! Too Cute!!!
He is such a good boy!!!! He has looked exactly like this for a decade now ππ₯°
That big fluffy face β€οΈππΎ
He is the happiest, friendliest, sweetest boy in history!! He has looked EXACTLY like this for the past decade and the entire neighborhood loves him
Ahhhhhhh out loud that's just so cute I love cats π I wish I could give him a cuddle hehe.....
I had a tabby growing up named mr.tibs or tibsy a rescue he was as you described yours the Sweetest soft and most loving boy I miss him very much.
He loved old newspapers and would make a nest and had a thing for peas from a Chinese curry.
I remember him getting overly curious about mum's lavander radox running a bath and fell in bless him.
I wish you all the happiness and lots of kitty cuddles thanks for your reply made me smile π
Handsome boy,!
The poor pup thinks he's cat food! π€£
Lucky for little Danny that Sonic is the sweetest guy in town π Heβs a great old guy!
Sonic is awesome! I love his kitty socks. And I bet the white fur on his belly is even softer than the rest of him! And the rest of him already looks soft lol

Don't want to be dramatic but I would die for him
I would fight a rabid polar bear over Sonic
Thats just sad

That's good to know. Thanks for the reassurance. The pictures definitely make him look obese, but they could be misleading.
I think theyβre just jealous of your glorious chonk
Gotta be π€·πΌββοΈ Nothing about Sonic is ever sad!
