My hoyoverse account was hacked on the 26 June 2025. I do not own the first device I logged in with so I cannot get the specs(it was a old orange lenovo yoga), I cannot recall the date of my first login on my zzz or hsr account. I only recall which banners I first saw(lighter's release banner for zzz and black swan's release banner on hsr). I have a proof of payment from lootbar.gg and from the bank account. I have screenshots for both and gameplay for zzz. I want to know how I can get my account back. I tried to contact support and their response is along the lines of they cannot share info for security reasons and their advice is not helpful. If anyone can help me please let me know. I remember a lot of details about the account in terms of the gameplay.

I have followed most of this advice and it doesn't help with the information I know. The things that are required are my date of first login and the specs of the first device that I used to login. I am not 100% certain of these facts. Does this mean that I have no chance of recovering the account?
fyi, this is an automated response based on the tag of the post. not knowing the first device is an issue, but if you have the rest of the info required it's still possible to recover the account. as for the first login date, there is this website which gives you an estimate of when you created your account based on your UID, though it might be inaccurate especially since the HSR version is in beta and there is no ZZZ version. if you check on the wiki page for black swan in the character availability section that lists the dates her banners ran for, you can use this to cross-reference the date it gives you (if it works).
Your best choice is to track the first login device. If you have lost the device then they can't really do much. Don't you have the gmail linked with the Hoyoverse account with you? Why not try recovering the account with that?
