I submitted a form and it took 3 days to process, and it was then rejected. However, all subsequent forms I submitted have taken only one day to process, and they've all been rejected. Am I being auto-rejected? Is that a thing? I'm able to submit the forms just fine, but like clockwork around 7-9 AM the next day, I get an email stating it was rejected. I have heard success stories from people who have submitted multiple forms, and I was able to recover my account in the past on the 4th form which I only submitted a week after the 3rd. What's up with this?

  • it's hard to say for sure. people have noticed the same thing, and it's hard to say if it's really auto rejection, an automated system (especially if you're providing the same info), or if it's just really quick turnaround time. we unfortunately don't really know how hoyo processes the forms since this isn't public knowledge. if you were already accepted before and you're certain all your info is correct all you can do is keep submitting until they accept your form. sorry that it's not very helpful advice, but that's all you can really do at that point :(

    Alright, thank you

I suspect it isn't an auto-rejection, they're just being efficient. I recently submitted another form, and it hasn't been replied to yet over Christmas Eve and Christmas. Assuming those are office holidays, that would imply there isn't a bot auto-rejecting the forms, they're just handling them very quickly. This is ultimately conjecture though.

yeah, they've definitely gotten quicker with it over the years as well. in the past it would take a month or more to receive a response on the form. it's always possible that they've just gotten more efficient with their system. unfortunately we won't know unless hoyo confirms it though 😔
