I started hearing these ridiculous voices from a few neighbors I used to live with around May 2025. However, after countless research, I realized that WHITE NOISE is an effective palliative to reduce the potency of this intrusion.
White noise has a uniform distribution of frequencies providing a consistent, neural sound that drowns out other more disruptive noises.

They can use white noise to amplify the transmission. Also, it wasn't your neighbors. The standard protocol is to convince the target that it's coming from the neighbors. They did it to me at first too. They do it to get you to call the police and look crazy or to actually confront your neighbors and look crazy. This is also confuses the target into thinking it's civilians doing this to them and not intelligence agencies or criminals associated with them. You are dealing with highly classified mind control technology that utilizes satellites and cell towers. I was in the criminal underworld for decades, none of them had synthetic telepathy technology.

There are tons of technology out there, totally unknown to a random man on the street. That's why the US government spends hundreds of billions every year on the military, with covet research being a major initiative.

They are using methods to turn your brain into a cell phone basically. The older method was to actually implant you with a chip that would rest on a nerve close to your brain. Now they have moved onto nanotechnology utilizing graphene oxide that can be breathed in or ingested. This travels through the blood stream and slowly clumps together or "building" an implant that can receive and transmit signals. They also use things like wifi, Bluetooth, and additives in food that open up the blood brain barrier allowing for these nanoparticles to get into your brain/central nervous system. They then use existing telecommunications infrastructure to interact with your brain. They record your brainwaves/EEG. Once they have enough data they can send recorded brain signals back to you and manipulate your thoughts and feelings.

I'd say two methods I've deployed as coping mechanisms include mantras to get control over your thoughts and the white noise to muffle out the intrusive commentaries.

Be aware of potential negative side effects of listening to white noise too often or at too high volumes. It is at least mentioned, so do a search on potential issues simply so that if they start happening, you can take appropriate actions.

There was a little bit of history between me and these neighbors in question. I wouldn't go into details. However, if you know these neighbors, you'd realize these are people that could easily get their hands on this kind of technology even though this is a kind of technology that is privy to a few people.
Tech that as acess to ure nervous system ? That lets them see directly what you see trough ure eyes ? Dont think so ...
One of the people who was part of the campaign against me accidentally shared some info about their access to certain intelligence tools and hacking. He wouldn't be specific but basically told me that somebody showed him how to do these types of things. And yes these people would likely have access. They are v cult like and many of them come from v privileged backgrounds, though they would never admit it.
He also said that they were hacking him and breaking his house and moving stuff around I wouldn't doubt that these people do this kind of stuff to each other as well
