Hi everyone, I know all of you are going through a difficult time right now and I am so sorry this is happening to all of you, you never deserved that to happen.
I will tell you a few things about myself, I am highly empathetic, honest, love nature, box, reading, Journaling, bike riding, psychology i used to love people, now i dont know.
My gang stalking / mobbing / harassment started 9 months ago as I figured out my ex is a covert narcissistic ( I am no doctor/ but that's what I think) and I found out he was provoking me all the time just to get a reaction, I stopped giving them. I still live in a apartment with him and 7 other people in Germany. I am going to school and working some mix.
Today I found out they knew when where and how i was is because they put some camera in my glasses. How is that possible? How do i check that? They watched me dress? They watched me go to the bathroom? They watched me while at home doing my thing? Like this is really disgusting. Shame on them for doing something so grossm Beside that my phone is hacked and ipad and i think they did plenty more behind my back. Honestly I am just writing this because I need to tell someone and even my family is involved and ex friends in this shit, so you are the only people that understand/ care about this.

iāve been gangstalked for more than 3 years already. my phone and other devices are also hacked and i donāt know if getting a new phone will help. my family is also involved. random people say my exact thoughts out loud as they are reading my mind. sometimes they also mention things from my life that i havenāt told them about. itās very scary to go through it. i believe they target individuals who stand out and have something special about them. i hope that one day each one of us will be able to just somehow escape this awful programš
Thank you for your kind support, we will find a way to end this. I believe you, it kinda is like that. So far as I figured out most people that go through this are kind hearted, smart, loving people that dont harm others. We are not easily manipulated nor controlled and I guess they fear us so they try to put us "in a box" where we dont belong. Anyway love you, take care. š

Put some kind of sticker or similar on your iPadās camera; that way they canāt watch you while youāre on it. Consider disabling your camera and mic on your laptop, if thatās an issue.
I donāt really know what you can do about your smartphone. If whatās happening to you is still in its early stages, you may wanna confront them. If they admit to it youāre gonna save yourself a whole lot of pain down the road.

The sticker stands already š i did confront plenty of people, they just play dumb or try to shift the blame on me, some admitted they are just bad people or that they have to do it. But not more than that. Classic manipulation, doesn't work on me. Anyway I'm 100% sure now it were the glasses. Since I today didn't put the on, no one followed me to the bathroom to cough/sniff. No one followed me behind while I was riding my bike, no one was mocking me without my glasses. If you have glasses don't wear them, truth me, love. Now I know how they did it.

Well first of all if there is no camera on your glasses, they could just be messing with you, you could try get new glasses.
Second of all you can be tracked though online "osint" or though people who know you.
Third of all they could be watching but if theres no proof and its just words its psyops diss information, miss information.
Take a look for any drones outside, if there is no drones..no people..no noise harassment then its just pranks.
I think they maybe playing tricks, its when they start sending pics of your location and knowing your every move it becomes a problem..if you never posted anythinhg online..its someone from around your area also known as an insider threat.
If its not online or offline, then be prepared for spiritual warfare, Ive encounted all three..no jokes either.

Honey I'm already deep down inside it, no drones but helicopters occasionally. People stalking, harassing in my case coughing, sniffing and copying everything i do. In school they know what i write on my iPad even though I sit in the bach where no one can see me. My family is involved i guess they get money for that. I dont want any contact with any of these creepy people. So I dont talk much to my family anymore nor to anyone hahaha. So yeah its a fun ride š and yes I try to laugh it off since its disgusting what they do.
Oh and yes one day my glasses "disappeared" and came back later that day, at work they were making jokes how I look without glasses. And a long time ago my ex "aciddentally" took my phone and he was not there the whole day. Around that time it all started, as he took the phone.

They are not tracking you through your glasses. They are making the delusion that they are
You said he took the phone, but all it takes is a factory reset to remove it, create a new gmail do not use old one to link to android if its android.
For him to use a more crazy hacking metod like a root kit he would have to be a nerd,Ā Have you tried to scan the phone using protectstar antivirus, even goverment spyware cant escape it.
Reallistically if you go to settings, status and it says offical, its more than likley the phone has not been hacked from a rootkit.
Make sure nfc, bluetooth, data is all turned off and only use them when needded, cause they can realistically all be hacked.
Also if you seen no images of nudes, pictures or videos of anything else..I would not be worried because its probably just shit talking, if they physically know everything you do, lock your socials.

School colleagues know what I write, for example I write down Isi is taking pictures of me again, the girl that sits near me on the left. Then they start talking about how people take pictures or something related to what I am writing. They talk in front of me about the reels I watched and things I searched on my phone. Either all of my things are hacked or this brain reading technology is really advanced. š

Yes just nazi police that abuse their power. They have cams that can see through walls and microphone radars that can listen from far away. Basically anything they can use on "criminals" they use on you. They're probably your neighbor. Don't think you did something wrong other than the fact that you believed in their lies that the police are there to protect and serve. Why do you think there's so many TV shows showing police as innocent helpers. It's MASSIVE propaganda.
