because i really hope there is a way out of this. no way you can’t do anything about it. i’ve heard so many times that you should just accept it and ignore all of this but idk. it’s just pure torture. have anyone escaped this program?

I've followed every precaution: (1) changed my routes regularly, (2) installed 360-degree cameras in car, (3) got Ray Ban recording sunglasses, (4) stayed calm and never reacted, (5) avoided involving authorities or therapists, (6) meticulously documented my mother's finances while helping her to prevent any accusations. Despite doing everything right, this hasn't stopped. It seems profitable enough for them to continue, or they've gotten too comfortable with easy money to quit. Now it feels like they're trying to find a way to get me institutionalized—to get me behind closed doors where they could use technology to continue harassing me remotely. It seems like at some point they'd just initiate me or something instead. But like, they identify so strongly with being special, in contrast to outside targets, that their egos wouldn't let that happen

There is no guaranteed way that I am aware of. Some people have reported temporary success from moving, but most people say it eventually starts back up within a few days or weeks. It doesn't seem to be tied to any particular device so getting new devices or leaving them at home probably won't help much.

My gang stalking has not stopped but Ive managed to force them back by about 90 percent.
What I did was took control of my online data, made new emails..new accounts, use name or picture no where.
Then I reached out to all billing companys every one around me told them to stop sharing my data..do that with everyone and opt out.
The brutal response is you want to make them stop..make them bored...
After that I made my own cease and desist to all neighbours basically saying under human rights act i have right to life and any engagement with me must stop.
What they are after is data aka information warefare if they cannot get anything they give up fast and play hit and run.
Also police and other entitys have power to share your information to..so I would try put in deletion requests of your data with them.
What I learnt is any main orgainsation with your data is shady, it gives them power over you, not only are they allowed to share your data but they can abuse it..if they cannot track you as well..it makes their life difficult.
Goverments have power using prediction databases, information data bases..can access companys like google..
Take control and get out while you can..the more data they have they can sell it to people or hand it over to people.
The goverment is a mafia within itself with links to majour criminal networks.

How is your phone hacked?. Did you verify from a source that tracks and finds that information or do you base it off of weird phone activity/tendencies or simply people always knowing your personal business on your phone?

Do you have any idea how people are able to track me when I go to hotels. Seems like the neighbors are likely paid or simply given inside info on me because I hear and experience the same thing in motel rooms that I experience in my car and apartment. No matter where I go I am being monitored
It's mostly done remotely. Nobody really knows how, but it's called V2K. They can do it basically anywhere.
I've seen MIT debuting technology that needs no implant, it bounces radio frequencies off the human body and can pick up EEG/EKG/EMG etc. To monitor ppl for health care.

Dont let them break you down. For me it had to come to a head, an event happened. Do not fear. If you need an eject button for a night of sleep- this isn't the healthiest idea but - get blackout drunk Need to be around family and friends. Be productive. I was targeted and thought it was going to be the death of me or I was gonna crack and kill someone else. I moved but it wasnt the move itself it was the lifestyle change. I was living alone and isolating. Now I have roommates and Im dating and spent time w family. Occasionally ill notice an anomalie but they've left me alone .
My situation has improved greatly but relocating, deleting social media and cutting off access. It may not work for every situation but it's worth a try. My situation was specific to where I was living in many ways but I know that's not the case for everyone.

I leave my phone turned off most of the time. I only turn it on once every couple of weeks. I know that's not possible for everyone. I think it's a waste of $ to try replacing phones. Mine all get hacked eventually. I try to remember the people tracking me are the ones who are breaking laws and are mentally deranged. And there are things I can do like get off public social media so I'm not handing out ammunition. That brings me some peace.
I also got off of social media, and that was a huge improvement. At least I'm not making it easy for them to monitor my life.
