We've literally got to the point where people are deliberately posting stupid crap on Twitter and claiming victory when others post it on Reddit to mock them.
I'm pretty sure that the vast majority of the engagement they're getting out of this is laughter and derision, but yes, you don't actually want to introduce them to anyone who would lap that shit up.
How about you post them in the other subreddit dedicated to posting fringe right-wing gaming related twitter screenshots?
