Baptized Cristalmood due to its transparency and sheen, a new generation colored resin, resistant and versatile. antoniolupi has developed ten trendy colors thanks to which, identity is awarded to the item, integrating it best in the context of bathroom style. The Colors Fumè, Thus Nebbia, Ocra, Bottle, Petroleum, Ginger, Cobalt, Sangria, Amber and Lime shades were born, which give color, elegance and liveliness to the plastic volumes made in Cristalmood. The chromatic variations that follow the geometry and the curved lines of washbasins and tubs give plastic behavior to the elements in a constant dialogue with the light.
Cristalmood is a colored resin, transparent with a glossy finish, composed of high quality polyester resin and coloring pigments; has passed the anti-corrosion tests (salt spray) and can be cleaned with all the most common detergents, also resisting to rubbing alcohol, acetone, oils, gasoline or diesel fuel.
Thanks to the composition, objects made from Cristalmood weigh about 30% less than those made with solid surfaces such as our own Flumood. Cristalmood is the result of the antoniolupi research, is added to Flumood and Quarzomood. It is used to produce sinks combined with the most diverse materials, achieving refined color combinations.

Bathtubs are such a difficult thing for me stylisticly. I kind of hate these uber minimalist tubs tbh, they are not particularly comfortable and not particularly practical if you want to have things like candles, a book, a drink in the tub, much less, you know, soap shampoo conditioner a loofah etc. But then the types of tubs you see in McMansions that are most conducive to actual real-life dynamic use tend to be total eyesores with no design ethos at all. Who will design the perfect tub, the marriage of thoughtful design and usefulness?
The best baths are built in place, with beautiful handmade tile or plaster.

Fr these look really nice. I hope the material is a noticeable improvement in texture density and resonance from acrylic
density and resonance are for sure much better than acrylic, it's resin. as for texture it probably feels like a less cold standard glazed porcelain tub, given it has a gloss finish

Nice, I like the ones by Steinberg a little more though, still thinking about it and you haven't changed my mind, but will consult with missus; we start the renovations in the summer.
Go with the steinberg, it's only 9k vs 15.somthing K for the Reflex, although they come in different colors so depending on what your bathroom is going to look like you might go either way.
