Hi group! I’m a PhD researcher at the University of Manchester, UK. My research explores how people engage with boycotts in their everyday lives - whether through personal consumer choices or by helping organise and mobilise collective action.

If you’ve:

  • Taken part individually (even informally) in a boycott of Nestlé, Amazon, or in support of the pro-Palestine boycott
  • OR been involved in organising boycott campaigns
  • AND are currently based in the UK

I’d love to speak with you in a confidential 45–60 min interview (voice recorded with your consent). Interviews can take place online or in person, depending on your preference.

Your insights are incredibly valuable in helping us understand how (or whether) boycotts work—both on the ground and behind the scenes

  • People who participate in those boycotts are generally too mentally slow for any kind of conversation
