  • I love this but haven’t found a place near me that has it other than AYCE KBBQ places. Is it hard to make?

    Not at all it’s super easy. And if you can’t find fresh silken tofu you can sub the shelf stable kind that comes in the foil carton. I like this recipe because I find it makes exactly two good-sized portions. You can leave out the seafood and sub vegan fish sauce if needed and it’s still good.
