This would legitimately make me cry if presented to me as my birthday cake. And then I'd cry again when told that it's not fondant, but that it's both stunning and edible.

Omg phone calls!! Are you going to book a workshop? I'm so interested to know what you are planning now!!! Buttercream is totally sculptable like marble, you just need it to be firm enough for your purposes and it's softening over time can be sometimes beneficial depending on your needs
