The license requirements for cosmetology and hair cutting are crazy in many states. There is a public interest in making sure people are competent not to cut someone with the scissors and know how to sterilize their equipment but beyond that it shouldn't be a government issue. Ass injections on the other hand are a surgical procedure they need to put that bitch in jail.
If I recall correctly, a few years ago 2 women died in Philadelphia from this butt injections done by a lay person in a hotel room outside Philadelphia. It was unclear how many this person had performed before these deaths occurred.
