First because I don’t have an “employee contract” because whatever that is would certainly not be anything enforceable, so good job just saying shit. Second because what is written in my employment agreement doesn’t even touch on physical touch with a customer, even if it did it again wouldn’t be enforceable or take precedence over my right to defending life and limb.
I mean you could even (still incorrectly, but in good faith) say “most employers would have something written about fighting customers” and people could kind of take you seriously.
