I have evidence of water intrusion above a window sill and a water spot on top of roof. Also, in the exterior the stucco is cracking near the window. Is this related? Who should I contact for a necessary repair? I just bought the house few months ago.

Ah, stucco. It will crack like this annually, no big deal just buy a patch kit and seal those cracks.
