Day 1* player (restarted my account a month after launch bc the only 5 star I had was young tiki lmfao), most of these are merge projects.
Particularly proud of my Elincia collection as each of them besides summer and dancer (not finished yet) were completed before they were put into the special rate or remix pools! Have a few other five star exclusives I pushed for (Shamir, Guinever and Lucia) too.
Same - I have a reserve barracks filled of like 40-50 units that are +10 with old builds. I think I have around 100-125ish +10 units which are mostly feathers with about 10-15% being 5* exclusives
113 if I counted correctly. Majority of them are demotes of course. I don't like sitting on feathers, so even if I don't give units a full premium kit or plan on using them that much, I'll +10 them for fun.
I have exactly 50. Of those, 5 are 5-star exclusives (Elincia, Nephenee, B!Ike, Halloween Mia, Myrrh). 19 of them are low investment units I exclusively +10'd to burn feathers when I was nearing 999,999.

26 and several more who need 1‐3 merges. 7 of these are one character and notably only one male character is among their number and it's Chrom, so I guess I'm a gooner.
Yeah more of a stop gap build, with not much thought behind it back when those skills had some relevance before alot of the dragon skills came around and hasn't been updated since
all of them grail units or demotes. I don't sit on feathers, and I prefer to fodder duplicate 5* units on appropriate grail units. I only have a single brave alfonse, but i have a bunch reopening/breath of life 4 units at +10.

The demotes I +10d so far are OG Marth, OG Eirika, Soleil, Knoll, OG Ferdinand, Altena, OG Shigure, Odin, Khadein!Byleth, Summer!Claude, Arthur, Leon, Matthew, Serra, and Lucius... so 13 from the permanent pool, and 2 from the seasonal pool. As for now, I am also working on +10ing Ninja!Hríd (all merges acquired, but is currently sitting at +8), Shura (+4), Scarlet (+2) and technically Homer (but practically speaking, Blue keeps giving me everything from the Blue pool but copies for him, so).
The grail units I +10d are just 2, OG Narcian to represent the GHBs, and Hatari!Deen to represent the TT+ seasonal slot.
The 5*s I +10d are OG Male!Byleth, OG Hríd, Summer!Hríd, OG Alfred, and Legendary!MByleth... so 1 permanent pool (technically in the 4* Special pool), 2 Legendaries (now in the Remix pool), 1 seasonal, and 1 Elite Inheritance unit (even if Qiang lost its value, he can still function as a Cav Skill Bank). (note: I forgot to mention that my Alfred is a Forma unit, so technically he's an EI unit who lost this status)
Waiting to get one +spd Sully to finish her! Also currently merging up Summer Balthus and Karin, but I'm bottlenecked by not having enough feathers. I'm saving orbs for Y!Lyon's rerun to hopefully +10 him this year

I am a day one user. Have been on breaks from time to time. But only have 5 +10 units. I do have lots of resources like 200k feathers and 2400 grails so I could make more if I wanted to. I was free to play but have had FEPass for three months now.
27 total! Fallen F!Corrin and Kaze at the bottom there are my only +9s lol, and it’s mostly demotes or grails. Highlights for me are my +10 H!F!Corrin and F!Berkut, as well as S!L’Arachel who I got on her debut banner.
A good number! Last year was a great year for finishing some of the 5 star exclusives. Finally the years of them showing up randomly came to an end and I was able to finish them.

I have a +7 Innes. Been playing for a good few years, but didn't know about Merging Allies until like one or two years ago. Plus as an f2p player, I'm just patiently waiting for doubles I want.
I thought mine were hovering around 100, but after going to check it's a staggering 177! It's a shame I don't have tons of fodder to make them all somewhat usable as there are some favorites I miss deploying all the time
I've been playing since launch, right now I'm at 55, with two more (Fafnir and Valdar) waiting for one free extra copy and another demote waiting for two extra copies (Pandreo). No 5 stars, two 5 star seasonal demotes (Summer Sylvain and Winter Anette) and three 5s rerun pool units (Brave Ike, Surtr and Sonya) waiting for just one more copy.
I am willing and ready to merge up another Ilyana from her HoF rerun, but I have one of each boon carrying a different accessory that I didn't want to merge in.
I may or may not be 1 short of a +10 B Eirika, but it's really funny to beat every FE8 Limited battle with 4 of them because she was and still is such a good unit.
I have enough Att. Peony to +10 but decision paralysis has kept me from doing so. Too much fodder potential, not enough bridge fodder to enable it.
I could never decide on +Res or +HP for Sylvia to meet certain thresholds, but it no longer matters.
that's weird, every time i've sorted by level it always shows the top sections as my +10 and then it decreases until it's the heroes that are lvl 40 without any merges
your sorting option says “advanced” which is why it might be displaying heroes (from what I can see) based on the lvl AND origin. If you remove “origin” on advanced setting then it should display Level by max to least merges
I can show them off now! My sillies. I only +10 units I care about. I wish I had more 5* exclusives, but oh well. Hopefully I can eventually finish Valentines Conrad and the Alears.
Launch player here, and I have 44. All of them are either demotes or grail units. I guess that two of them are seasonal 4* units (Valentine's Alfonse and Spring Mirabilis). No outright 5* exclusives, though. Maybe some day.
12 +10's. I started the game year one but stopped playing around book 3. My eye is currently on trying to get S!Elise, Elise, and H!Sakura to +10.
Unfournately most of those +10's have severely outdated kits that need complete overhauls and are too old to be useful for Arena. Someday I would like to dust off H!Jakob, Chrom, Cynthia, and Frederick. Honestly if I get another spare A!Hinoka, I'll feed Cynthia and get her up to par, either that or wait until we get another Arcane Lance unit.

Mix of all kinds of units.
From OG projects like Nowi, Cordelia, Adult Tiki to some modern units like Ancient Medeus, Young Camilla and Valentine Rhea.
Brave Eirika was my first 5* exclusive +10.
Most recent one was Brave Felix which pity broke me twice in the same banner when trying for Winter Ivy.

Also I have Merrin at like +6 atm from just randomly pulling her from 5 stars so im close for that as well

I thought mine were hovering around 100, but after going to check it's a staggering 177! It's a shame I don't have tons of fodder to make them all somewhat usable as there are some favorites I miss deploying all the time

I've been playing since launch, right now I'm at 55, with two more (Fafnir and Valdar) waiting for one free extra copy and another demote waiting for two extra copies (Pandreo). No 5 stars, two 5 star seasonal demotes (Summer Sylvain and Winter Anette) and three 5s rerun pool units (Brave Ike, Surtr and Sonya) waiting for just one more copy.
Day 1 player, I have 74 total could be 75 ive got the feathers and grails to +10 someone else but no one is calling out to me
Month 1 player. 1 5* merge, about 7 4* merges from back in year 1 where they were beneficial.
It’s just not that important to me so I tend to keep my extra units as manuals instead of merges so they’re not clogging up space.

Does anyone know how to sort your barracks by +10 first? I honestly have no idea
Sorting by level should do the trick
Sorting by level just seems to list all level 40 heroes though not +10s first.
that's weird, every time i've sorted by level it always shows the top sections as my +10 and then it decreases until it's the heroes that are lvl 40 without any merges

your sorting option says “advanced” which is why it might be displaying heroes (from what I can see) based on the lvl AND origin. If you remove “origin” on advanced setting then it should display Level by max to least merges
I don’t know why it doesn’t work for me. Thank you for your support but I checked again and seem to be just sorting by level as you suggested :(

Launch player here, and I have 44. All of them are either demotes or grail units. I guess that two of them are seasonal 4* units (Valentine's Alfonse and Spring Mirabilis). No outright 5* exclusives, though. Maybe some day.

12 +10's. I started the game year one but stopped playing around book 3. My eye is currently on trying to get S!Elise, Elise, and H!Sakura to +10.
Unfournately most of those +10's have severely outdated kits that need complete overhauls and are too old to be useful for Arena. Someday I would like to dust off H!Jakob, Chrom, Cynthia, and Frederick. Honestly if I get another spare A!Hinoka, I'll feed Cynthia and get her up to par, either that or wait until we get another Arcane Lance unit.
