If you have a spare A!Ryoma, you can replace Dimitri's C skill with Creation Pulse and make his special Comet.
His refined weapon is still really good and inflicts two statuses, the big one being Undefended. Comet will give him -1 cooldown, Creation Pulse can drop it down by 2, and his weapon gives him another cooldown, plus with its accel effect he can consistently nuke enemies. It's how I have my non HoF one, and he was able to nuke W!Alfred with just a little support
