I wouldn’t feel guilty about anything…I would just let them know that they have to earn my trust and I would also let them know that you really don’t need them as a ‘friend’, but you won’t completely ignore them. The best way to get back at someone that is mean to you, is to live your best life and act as if they are very unimportant to you, other than you watching your back.
This person does not want to be your friend. At all. I wouldn’t give them the time of day.
