I have an AC adapter and hear the specs
9V 2A Switched-Mode Power Supply with Reverse Polarity
Polarity: + on the outside, - in the center of the plug (marked in the photo)
Input Voltage: 100V - 240V AC (variable, automatic adjustment)
Output Voltage: 9V DC (constant, regulated)
Maximum Current Capacity: 2A (18W)
Power Plug: DC 2.1mm / 5.5mm
Looks good to me. Just make sure it's centre pin negative, which has this symbol on it: (+)------------(o------------(-)
If plus and minus are reversed, then that means it's centre pin positive, which you don't want for your Famicom.
Will it also work on the disc system
And also which channel is the famicom in Europe I have my famicom set to Channel 2
Can you even tune in to it? It's an NTSC signal. Does your TV support that?
It's a model from 2021
Assuming you have a stock Famicom, you have two options for a video connection. The first is to hook up your Famicom to an old VCR and have that output Composite into your TV. You could alternatively use an RF Demodulator, like this one here to convert the Japanese signal to a European one.
The second (and most recommended) option is to get an RGB Blaster from Krikzz, which allows you to get the cleanest image from the Famicom, using a Megadrive 2 SCART cable. Since you live in Europe, your TV should have a SCART connector on it, so I think it's the best option overall.
Yes it will, but the adapter can only power one of them, so you'll need to get another to power both.
Those specs are not all you need. You also need a low ripple voltage, which is a spec very few brands will advertise, except the Triad brand supplies. Search this subreddit for links.
