Hey all, let's keep it going.

What's your win this week? Even getting through the week is definitely a win!

Please add anything from your favourite moments of this week, your favourite flare-up rescue, favourite coping technique to something that made you smile.

We'd love to hear it & we're sure others would too!

- From the r/FND mods :)

  • Had a stranger come over and ask me out on a date, which we had yesterday! Bit strange but a good story to tell, the positivity is massively helping me out right now

  • Recently diagnosed, walking gait has been well strange. But I’ve discovered the “ice skating” motion which has helped me mobilise immensely. I was even able to get to family Xmas celebrations, explained to most people there why I was sliding around in my socks and had a relatively reasonable day of mobility. Definitely felt like a big win given how I’ve been lately.

  • We are on vacation with my kiddo with FND and she is having a blast! In the pool, in the ocean, on the water slides …. It’s so great to see her feeling care free and enjoying herself.

  • Went to Christmas dinner at my parents house and my entire family was there. Close to 40 people from my parents down to great grandchildren.

My success was lasting thru dinner before the seizures started to hit. I was able to get back to my room and recover. No one gave me any flack for it.
