I've seen snippits from what I believe is a longer video incorporating this testimony but may be two separate gatherings for testimony. Best I can find out is that it's from a joint subcommittee meeting, but haven't been able to find the full video yet.

Does anyone happen to know the source? Full name of the committee / hearing these testimonies were given under?

Haven't found the video yet, but I did find an article. It was the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform These Californians were detained by ICE despite being U.S. citizens https://share.google/G9JMWetq2sgLl0ntt

    Thank you!

This got me closer, still hunting for the video. Looks like they live streamed the meeting to Facebook of all places, but I don't have a Facebook account to see if the video is still available there.

This is the title of the event that the forum was held under: "BICAMERAL PUBLIC FORUM TO RECEIVE TESTIMONY FROM FIVE U.S. CITIZENS ASSAULTED, ILLEGALLY DETAINED BY DHS"

Blumenthal questions actions of federal immigration agents - includes link to report this forum put out the day of the testimonies. It includes summary testimonies from additional US citizens that have been detained, 22 of the 170 Blumenthal is showing evidence of.

Blumenthal & Robert Garcia to Hold Forum to Receive Testimony from Five U.S. Citizens Assaulted, Illegally Detained by DHS - here's the press release that includes the live stream link that shunts you to a Facebook log in.

If anyone decides to check it out to see if the full video is there still, and it actually is, would love a copy!

    Edit:

Yay! Found it! Democrat Lawmakers Hold Shadow Hearing On Potential DHS Overreach, Violations of US Citizens' Rights

Forbes posted it, looks like the start of Blumenthal's opening statement might be a bit clipped, but the rest is there.

Did anyone try the link at the end of the video?

The only think that brings me solace is that last time there WAS a trial. The largest fbi investigation to ever occur happened and they arrested OVER A THOUSAND PEOPLE for january 6th.

Weird how a president could then get reelected and pardon all 1,270 of them tho

Dude, give him a break he never thought in his lifetime he’d be in room with an audience giving a testimony of how fucked up was treated.
