• The sponges we use in our kitchen were actually creatures that lived in the ocean.

If you're not careful when you wash things with them, little pieces will break off and go down the drain into the sewer system, where they'll start growing and needing more water.

When you see a puddle drying up, it's probably a sponge peeking a tiny, invisible tendril up from the nearest sewer to try and suck up more water to help it survive.

  • Underground creatures drink it. They suck the puddles dry and then travel to find new puddles to drink from. Some of the creatures are HUGE like the Grab-oids from "Tremors".

  • It goes into the sky and turns into clouds. Which is the dumbest-sounding answer I can imagine, but also true.

I always take advantage of evaporation for snow cleanup because if it's very moist and wet my snow blower isn't going to handle it well so I'll give it 12 or 24 hours to dry out and then snow blow that.

  • It depends on how many kids are around and if their parents gave them socks for christmas instead of something cool. If it was socks they would probably jump in the puddles and absorb all the water. If it was something cool they would be too busy to jump in puddles so it just sits there till someone buys their kid socks. So thats really why parents keep buying their kids socks.

  • Please don't ask cause i really don't know.
