I just started using the robot for the first time. I've got 250+ hours in across several platforms and have unlocked everybody on this save file. For some reason I've gotten stuck on the corners of pilars/doorways like 4 times in 3 runs with the robot. Does it have a different/weird shape/size of hitbox for collisions or a I just crazy??

  • Do you use the regular skin or the ALT skin? Any modded skins

    My guess is that your noticing that the robots Hitbox and the sprite aren't 100% matching 1 to 1, also enter the gungeon is technically a 3D game being visualized as top down pixel art so both of those will create minor weird inconsistencies, I don't think your crazy

  • lol all of the gungeoneers have identical hitboxes and base stats, there's a placebo effect going on here

  • The only weird hitbox thing about the robot I know is that their alt skin can spin (like that one synergy for sniper rifles) to cross gaps because during the spin animation it doesn't touch the ground

  • His spawn item lets him run faster, sure it's not just you anticipating another character's normal speed?
