This is the only picture I have, from 25ish years ago. This could be mattel, but it also could be something niche eastern european brand from old times. I been searching for days and no luck

At a glance the box reminds me of Sandy, the yellow S at the bottom and the white box with a confetti pattern. Will try to look for the exact doll tomorrow if it is not found by then!

Oh that's a great find! 99% sure it is the same box! Could even be the same doll series, a lot of Sandy dolls are wearing wedding and princess outfits and these two are both casual. I did not find any close match today so it's a very good one u/shalambalaram

I agree its looks like its the one, i still cant find this exact one:/ but the size matches and box it has to be.
I was unsuccessful trying to look for anything Sandy :(
The doll looks kind of like one of The Babysitter Club dolls from around that time.
I looked and found nothing like this sadly
