I watched August Underground a few days ago, very disturbing! But sort of good? Anyways, I was looking at google images and there’s this other sort of poster of August Underground. Who is that man and woman? Were they in another film, or is it from another piece of media?

  • As an unrelated story that maybe someone here would appreciate: there's a shop in town that just opened up across the street from where mine is, and I was talking to the owner about horror movies, and he was like, "have you ever seen August Underground?" I told him I had and he was like, "that was shot in my basement" and told me all about how at some point during production, cops showed up, guns drawn, and he was working and had to rush home to help calm the situation.

  • I got to meet Fred Vogel a few years back shortly after watching through the trilogy. Such a nice guy! All his movies are another level of fucked.

  • I don't know, she could have just been anyone, like not in the movie, but someone who posed for the shot. None of the movies used anyone with acting experience, going for more realism. So it could have been a friend or a friend of a friend.
