Segment 1: New Sea Rulers

A Summary of the Plot of the Segment: After the Cenomanian-Turonian boundary event, the Pliosaurids went Extinct. However, the ecosystem dislikes empty niches, so soon, a new family took over the Sea. 85 mln years ago, a Singular Large Cephalopod called Enchoteuthis scavenges for food. It doesn't notice a Large Predator. Tylosaurus is a Far Relative of Modern-Day Monitor Lizards. This Large Predator has a Forked Tongue and Many Rows of Teeth. The Tylosaurus Strikes and Kills the Enchoteuthis

Location: Niobrara Formation, Nebraska, Late Cretaceous, 85 mln years ago

Animals:

Enchoteuthis melanae: This Cephalopod Feeds on Small Fish, and Rarely on small Sea Reptiles. It can be 3 meters long

Tylosaurus proriger: This is the Apex Predator of the Late Cretaceous Seas. It is a Relative of Modern-Day Monitor Lizards. They have a Forked Tongue, and many rows of Teeth. These are Really Large, Reaching 10 meters in length

Segment 2: Prehistoric Nurseries

A Summary of the Plot of the Segment: Dinosaurs were known to usually be good parents, and no Dinosaur Signifies that better, than the Good Mother Lizard Itself. 75 mln years ago, in Montana, A Group of Brontotholus, small pachycephalosaurs reside near the Nests with Eggs. These aren't theirs, as a Group of Maiasauras returns to the Nests. They take care of their future children

Location: Two Medicine Formation, 75 mln years ago, Late Cretaceous, Montana

Animals:

Brontotholus harmoni: A Newly Discovered Pachycephalosaur from the Two Medicine Formation. It's a New Addition to the Episode. It's one of the Smaller Herbivores of Two Medicine, Being about 3,8 meters long

Maiasaura peeblesorum: A Solid-Sized Hadrosaur, which is famous because of the Egg Mountain Discovery. This Discovery Helped us understand, about parental care in Dinosaurs, and told us the fact, that most of the Dinosaurs were good Parents. It can be 9 meters long, and can weigh 4 tons

Segment 3: The Tyrant Lizard King

A Summary of the Plot of the Segment: Even if all Dinosaurs are awesome animals, one was always more famous than the Others. The Tyrant Lizard King, or Tyrannosaurus rex is one of the Most Popular Dinosaurs for a Reason. 67 mln years ago in Montana, a T-rex mother is going on a Hunt. She has to feed both Herself, and Her Two Children. She finds a Large Triceratops. This Old Male Triceratops is Old and Injuried, so he makes for easier prey. After a Stand-off, one quick bite is enough to bring down the old Male. The Female Brings the Food to the Chicks, and Scares away Scavengers like Pectinodon

Location: Hell Creek Formation, 67 mln years ago, Late Cretaceous Motana

Animals:

Tyrannosaurus rex: The Tyrant Lizard King. This name needs no explenation. This was possibly the Largest Land Predator of All Time, and it certainly had an Appetite. From Smaller Organisms like Ornithomimids or Pachycephalosaurs, to True Titans like Edmontosaurus, Ankylosaurus or Triceratops. They were on average 12 meters long, and weighed 8 tons

Triceratops Prorsus: The Later Species of Triceratops. One of the Best Known Herbivorous Dinosaurs, Debating the Title with Stegosaurus. It's Famed for it's two Large Horns, and the Title of the Rival of the King. It's 9 meters long, and weighs up to 8 tons

Pectinodon bakkeri: Small Troodontids. They were thought to be Troodon, a genus Now Concidered to be Dubious. They are an Addition to the Episode.

Avisaurus archibaldi: Another Addition to the Episode. These enantiornithines usually hunt for small prey animals, but they won't say no to some carrion. It weighs 1,5 kg

Segment 4: The Deccan Traps

A Summary of the Plot of the Segment: 66 mln years ago, the most famous Mass Extinction of all time happened. The First Part Happened in a Mostly Unimportant Subcontinent. In India, a Laevisuchus looks for Food. It only encounters a Sanajeh. Then, The Deccan Trappes Erupt. Both of the Species get roasted in Lava, Same as the Rest of India. The Volcanoes increased the Amount of CO2 in the Atmosphere. These took a Part in the K-pg Mass Extinction

Location: Lameta Formation, 66 mln years ago, Late Cretaceous, Lameta Formation

Animals:

Laevisuchus indicus: This Small Predator is a Noasaurid. It feeds on small organisms like Lizards or Snakes. It is 2 meters long

Sanajeh indicus: This Madtsoid Snake is an another small predator of India. It's longer than Laevisuchus, reaching 3,5 meters in length. Both sometimes Hunt Eachother

Segment 5: The Late Cretaceous Mass Extinction

A Summary of the Plot of the Segment: While the Deccan Trappes were a Factor of the K-Pg Extinction, They weren't the Main Factor. That Honor belongs to the Giant Asteroid, which Hit the Mexican Gulf. It destroyed a Large Amount of the Southern North America, but the Initial Impact wasn't the Worst Part. The Ashes from the Impact, combined with the Deccan Trappes blocked the Sunlight for Months, This Killed Plants, and This Created a Massive Chain Reaction. The Reign of the Dinosaurs Ended at the Moment, with no Non-Avian Dinosaurs Surviving the Event

Time: The End of the Cretaceous

Segment 6: The Revival

A Summary of the Plot of the Segment: Like all of the Mass Extinctions, that the Earth Has Endured, Life has Survived the Late Cretaceous Mass Extinction. 65 mln years ago, a Group of Taeniolapis feeds on local Vegetation. Nearby, a Loxolophus stalks it's potential next prey. The New Era has Started, and It's the age of Mammals

Location: Corral Bluffs, 65 mln years ago, Early Paleocene, Colorado

Animals:

Taeniolabis taoensis: An Extinct Multitiberculate. It had many adaptations for Herbivory

Loxolophus hyattianus: A Local Aprex Predator. It's an Arctocyonid, a weird kind of Mammals
