A standard 60 Watt incandescent (not LED) bulb should only pull around 0.5 amps. If the bathroom lighting circuit is on its own 15 Amp breaker, it could handle around 30 of these lights. It could handle more if they were LED bulbs. Now, if the lights, 2 fans/lights, and wall outlets are all on 1 circuit, and you were using everything all at once, then yeah, the breaker would trip.
