While about 40-50% are on LinkedIn, I asked companies for submissions, trawled notion boards, company websites etc so I think there's a decent amount you might not have seen before. I'm trying to get into entry level engineering roles, I have internship experience but everyone needs 2+ or 3+ years of experience. Do you know of someone who is willing to hire a fresher and train them.
I'm interested in cloud based roles and on the backend side .. or even support roles. Thanks

Hey we are in the same boat.
It's more of a connection or referral based market nowadays. Especially for international students like me.
I assume, people are getting internships in college and are hired from there or through connections.
Some are, alot aren't
There was 16 people who graduated with me, i think 5 or so of them were offered jobs from their internship?
Ah okay.. likewise with me.. I require a visa for a job they offered to someone who doesn't. It's a pain but yeah can't do anything other than search for a different employer
I had avoided intern roles as sometimes (absolutely not all cases) I feel they can be to try and get people to work for free but I can include intern roles next time. Will see if I can include generally earlier stage roles next time.
